Great post as usual.. I want to try your yum yum sauce! Loved the CS Lewis quote.
Watching: Joel and I have been diving in to a pastors Revelation series together on YouTube.
Reading: Joel and I recently joined a marriage small group going through a book together βthe Four Laws of Loveβ. Encouraging and challenging us through our marriage journey and making sure our priorities are in order.
Listening to: kicking it old school with some Matt Redman worship music and enjoying For King and Country. I want to look up the one you mentioned who sings with Maverick City! Love them as well.
this is one of our favorite albums and it always recenters me before big changes. I find that the fall always brings up nostalgia and a longing to return to the things that feel familiar and feel like home. This album is one of those for me.
Food
Peyton
- Soylent (these plant based protein drinks have been his go to)
- dark chocolate covered bananas
- sparkling water and the newest flavor on the block
Oh and listening to βA Common Lifeβpodcast and βHoney for Your Heartβ podcast. HFYH is Bryson discussing life and faith with women she knows and has met through her boutique, Clover and Bee.
Currently trying to eat better by cutting out fried foods, less bread, more fruits. Just not on the vegetables band wagon but bought some sweet potatoes and have eaten a few.
Reading??? Not a reader and trying to stay consistent with Bible reading is priority right now.
Listening to Stephen McWhirter. Love his raspy voice and message via song. βCome Jesus Comeβ was my introduction and my favorite right now. Wish I knew how to link cause you really should listen to that one!
